At the suggestion of @CheesesofEurope we tried @FrenchBoard cheeses paired with @CasaNoble tequila. French #cheese with #tequila? It was a worthy experiment. Enjoyed both on their own, but the Fourme d’Ambert (blue cheese) was good paired with the Anejo & I would revisit. Now to finish leftovers :) #tequilafromage
